To ensure the safety and well-being of everyone, the transportation of pets (dogs and cats) follows the guidelines below. Non-compliance may prevent boarding

- Veterinary Certificate: A report from the veterinarian confirming that the pet is fit for travel.
For a smoother journey, we recommend that the veterinarian also prescribes a calming medication, if deemed necessary.
How to Secure Travel with Your Pet
Availability (Limited Spots): We offer 2 spots per trip for small pet carriers. We recommend arriving early at the VIP Lounge to secure your pet's spot.
Travel Location on the Bus: The transport is done in our dedicated Pet Space - LevaPet (a safe and climate-controlled area). Your pet never travels in the luggage compartment.

How much does it cost to take my dog on Levare buses?On Levare, transporting your pet (up to 5kg) is free! It's a benefit for you to travel with your best friend.
My dog weighs 6kg, can I pay an additional fee?
Unfortunately, no. Our service is exclusive to small animals weighing up to 5kg, ensuring comfort and safety in the cabin. Animals over 5kg are not allowed to board.
Does the pet travel with me on the seat?
No. The pet must remain inside the hard-shell carrier for 100% of the trip. It will travel in the designated area (Pet Space or driver's cabin), which is climate-controlled and close to you.
Can I bring my cat?
Yes! The rules are the same for dogs and cats, as long as they weigh up to 5kg and comply with all requirements regarding documentation and carrier.
